运输政策

GENERAL INFORMATION

We will prepare your shipment within 5-7 working days upon placement of order, estimated reaching in 3-5 working days(West Malaysia) &  7-10 working days (East Malaysia & Singapore).

* Kindly note that the delivery period is an estimation and we are not able to guarantee the date of arrival which may sometimes be disrupted due to delivery issues at the courier company.

 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Kindly record your video when you unbox ,  inform us if you find any defect or missing item within 3 days , your request will not be entertained if fail to do so.


 

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

MY DENIM FASHION does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Once delivery tracking number is sent to the respective buyer, MY DENIM FASHION will not be held responsible should there be any losses or damage during delivery. 

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

 

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customer. MY DENIM FASHION reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

 Additionally, MY DENIM FASHION reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

 

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

如果提供的地址信息不正确或在购买时输入不正确,我们将不对丢失、错放或错误投递的货物负责。请在拆箱时录制视频,如果您在3天内发现任何瑕疵或遗漏的物品,请通知我们,否则我们将无法处理您的请求。




投递索赔

如果您遇到未投递的情况,或者您的跟踪信息显示您的包裹由承运方投递,但您尚未收到,您必须在10天内与我们联系以提出索赔。

我们将协助您与承运方(快递公司)一起完成索赔流程。请注意:索赔可能需要最多30天的时间(取决于所使用的承运方)。

MY DENIM FASHION 不对承运方报告为已投递的包裹负责。对于承运方确认为已投递的包裹,我们不提供退款或信用。

一旦交付跟踪号发送给相应的买家,若在交付过程中发生任何损失或损坏,MY DENIM FASHION 将不承担责任。

 



缺货商品

如果您的订单包含多个商品,其中一个(或多个)商品缺货,我们将继续发运您订单的其余部分,并向您原始付款方式退款缺货商品的金额。

关于运输的保留权利

虽然我们将尽一切努力满足您的运输和结算偏好,为了保护我们的客户,MY DENIM FASHION 保留要求客户使用“常规”运输和结算地址的权利,以防我们无法处理订单或验证提供的运输地址。



此外,MY DENIM FASHION 保留根据以下情况随时独立定义、限制、拒绝和/或取消订单的权利:

- 产品显示“已经试穿、清洗、人为导致肮脏” 及不正常使用 或 有着过度退货的历史;
- 涉及穿过、改动、清洗、损坏或遗失商品的不正常或过度退货历史;或
- 可疑的欺诈或犯罪活动。
