GENERAL INFORMATION

We will generally prepare your Malaysia shipment within 5–7 working days after your order is ready for fulfilment.

For Pre-Order and Pre-Sale items, the estimated arrival date shown on the product page must be added before the normal order preparation and shipping time.

Example:

Pre-Order / Pre-Sale estimated arrival time + 5–7 working days preparation (for Malaysia shipping) + destination shipping time

All estimated arrival and delivery times are for reference only and may change due to supplier delays, customs clearance, courier operations, public holidays, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you require your order by a specific date, event or occasion, we strongly recommend choosing Ready Stock items instead of Pre-Order or Pre-Sale items.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and required information.

MY DENIM FASHION will not be responsible for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Please record an unboxing video when opening your parcel. If you discover any defects, incorrect items or missing items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Requests submitted after this period or without sufficient supporting evidence may not be accepted.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you experience a non-delivery, or if tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 10 days.

We will assist you in communicating with the courier and completing the claim process. Claims may take up to 30 days, depending on the courier company.

MY DENIM FASHION is unable to guarantee compensation or refunds for parcels officially confirmed as delivered by the courier. Any claim will be subject to the courier company's investigation and final decision.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order contains multiple items and one or more items become unavailable, we may proceed with shipping the available items and issue a refund for the unavailable item(s) to your original payment method.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

MY DENIM FASHION reserves the right to request additional information or verification if we are unable to process an order or verify the shipping information provided.

MY DENIM FASHION also reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or cancel orders where there is:

• An irregular or excessive return history indicative of “wardrobing” or misuse;
• An irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged or missing items; or
• Suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity.

一般邮寄信息

现货订单一般会在订单可以安排出货后，于 5–7个工作日 内完成准备及安排寄出到马来西亚地区。

Pre-Order / Pre-Sale 商品必须先计算商品页面所注明的预计到货时间，再加上订单准备时间及运输时间。

简单来说：

所有预计到货日期及物流时间均仅供参考，实际时间可能会因供应商、海关、快递公司、公共假期、天气或其他不可预见的情况有所提前、延迟或调整。

如果您有明确的收货日期，例如旅行、活动、婚礼、新年、节庆、送礼或其他指定日期，我们建议购买 Ready Stock 现货商品，不建议购买 Pre-Order 或 Pre-Sale 商品。

为确保包裹顺利送达，请务必正确填写完整的收货地址，包括街道名称、门牌号码、楼层/单位号码、邮政编码及联系电话。

若因顾客提供错误或不完整的资料而导致包裹遗失、错放或错误投递，MY DENIM FASHION 将不承担相关责任。

收到包裹后，请在拆箱过程中录制完整的开箱视频。 如发现商品有瑕疵、发错商品或遗漏商品，请在收到包裹后的3天内联系我们。超过期限或无法提供足够证明的申请，我们可能无法受理。

投递索赔

如果您遇到包裹未送达，或物流追踪显示已经送达但您实际上未收到，请在 10天内 联系我们。

我们将协助您与相关快递公司沟通并完成索赔程序。根据不同快递公司的处理流程，索赔可能需要长达 30天。

对于快递公司已经正式确认完成投递的包裹，MY DENIM FASHION 无法保证能够获得赔偿或退款，最终结果需根据快递公司的调查及决定处理。

缺货商品

如果您的订单包含多件商品，而其中一件或多件商品出现缺货情况，我们可能会先寄出其余有现货的商品，并将缺货商品的款项退回至您原本的付款方式。

关于订单及邮寄的保留权利

若我们无法处理订单或无法确认顾客所提供的邮寄资料，MY DENIM FASHION 保留要求顾客提供额外资料或进行验证的权利。

如出现以下情况，MY DENIM FASHION 保留限制、拒绝及/或取消订单的权利：

• 有异常或过度退货记录，包括疑似购买后穿着再退货或不当使用商品；
• 有涉及已经穿着、修改、清洗、损坏或遗失商品的异常或过度退货记录；或
• 涉及可疑的欺诈或违法活动。
